Tiruchengode – Namakkal Court Building

We successfully completed a 15 kW solar power installation at the Namakkal Court Building in Tiruchengode, providing an end-to-end turnkey solution that included system design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and real-time performance monitoring.

This public facility, with moderate daily electricity consumption, now benefits from a clean, sustainable, and cost-effective power source. The system is equipped with 34 high-efficiency Novasis 550 Wp monocrystalline panels and is projected to generate approximately 22,500 units (kWh) annually—substantially reducing electricity expenses and dependence on conventional power sources.

As part of Tamil Nadu’s ongoing mission to integrate renewable energy across government buildings, this project enhances energy independence, promotes environmental responsibility, and ensures long-term savings. The grid-tied system integrates seamlessly into the existing electrical infrastructure and is equipped with monitoring features to ensure optimal system performance.

Our team ensured a smooth rollout from initial site evaluation to final integration, with minimal disruption to the court’s regular operations.

The Challenge Of Project

Before the 15 kW solar installation, the Tiruchengode court building faced growing electricity expenses and was fully reliant on the local power grid. Despite having unused rooftop potential, the absence of renewable infrastructure meant that the building could not offset its operational energy costs or reduce its carbon footprint. Additionally, fluctuations in grid power affected the building’s energy stability. With increasing emphasis from the state government on clean energy integration in public buildings, the need for a reliable and efficient solar solution became evident. This project resolved those issues by implementing a modern, grid-connected solar system that enhances energy efficiency, provides financial relief, and aligns with Tamil Nadu’s renewable energy mission.
